Every report ships as a one-off by default. Evergreen is an opt-in refresh cadence. Each rerun is a new version, and the canonical link points at the latest - the research does not go stale.
The artefact lives wherever the reader needs it. The public API and the MCP endpoint ship on every tier, free included. The report is not held inside a vendor's UI.
